We thought it would be interesting to get a pulse on where people feel the greatest opportunities to improve and where we should focus as a network.

I found the wording especially of the first poll, a little confusing. Were you asking what the poll-taker NEEDED help in, or what the poll-taker could OFFER help in? After reading the second question, I decided to interpret the first as asking for the poll-taker’s strengths.

Sorry for the confusion - I mean where you feel you have opportunities to improve your skills (as they relate to your primary job function). So, if you work as a learning professional, then what skills might you need to develop.
