From the conversation in the posts - Personal Value and Change and Improve Google Skills in Five Minutes, I’ve come to realize that one of the easiest ways to help knowledge workers improve their work literacy is to find:

• Existing knowledge work tasks
• where they often run into problems or inefficiencies
• and by making small changes
• will get obvious value
