| | INFORMATION WANTS TO BE FREE APRIL 7, 2010 Coming to terms with Twitter I’ve been teaching a class on Web 2.0 since 2007, and this semester is the first time that I’ve actually had a full week on Twitter (well, microblogging and lifestreaming to be specific). BOXES AND ARROWS | FRIDAY, APRIL 9, 2010 Faceted Finding with Super-Powered Breadcrumbs Most of the today’s finding interfaces do not support integrated finding effectively, often creating disparate search and browse user interfaces that confound people with a jumble of controls competing for their attention. Foursquare - I Wish It Was Better For Me. I've been using Foursquare for a few months now, and I'm impressed with the service on many levels. But I have to be frank - the most impressive thing about it - at least in this test group of one - is what it *could* be, not what it is. First, the caveats. Not good for a location-based service. But for me, not so much. Enough said there). MORE >>
