    Here is a 20" x 24" still life inspired by the work of  Paul Cezanne.   It is part of a series I am doing copying great artists including  Paul Gauguin  and  Van Gogh. In  In this work I copied what Cezanne painted for a background as closely as I could to better learn what he did.
