| | TONY KARRER JULY 21, 2010 Success Formula for Discussion Forums in Financial Services I received a question this week related to Discussion Forums for Knowledge Sharing at Capital City Bank : I successfully launched a discussion forum for a small group of lending assistants within my bank. That forum is still up and running. They pushed back because they felt that this was just one more place to go and one more thing to do. Just Ask. | CONNECTING 2 THE WORLD JULY 23, 2010 Are Forums obsolete? Tony Karrer posted a query for suggestions of how a financial institution can replicate an online forum which they had previously been successful in creating. This was my comment: Part of the problem in financial institutions today (as opposed to two years ago) is that they are under the scrutiny of regulators. It could come back to bite you. | | | | | | | | | | -

If I do the math, that's more than 130,000 phones a day. This one ? MORE >> -
